Chicken/Turkey Butter Injection

Inject flavor into your chicken or turkey

Ingredients

For medium chicken or small turkey. Double for a larger turkey.

• 1 cup chicken broth

• 2 tablespoons butter
  

• 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients into a pot and heat on medium until everything dissolves.

2. Let the injection cool.

3. Use a good injector and inject the meat.
